The degrees this program covers
⚠⚠⚠ A FAMILY WITH NO BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN IT. Computer Graphics (11.0803) is 18 Florida public institutions and 855 credentials — 661 certificates of twelve weeks to a year and 194 associate degrees, no bachelor's. Web and Multimedia (11.0801) is 32 institutions and 269 — 173 associate, 96 certificates, no bachelor's. Modeling and Simulation (11.0804) adds 9. ⚠ Yet BLS gives the typical entry for web developers and digital interface designers as a BACHELOR'S degree. ⚠⚠ The resolution is the same one this site found on graphic design: the bachelor's exists under other codes — computer science, digital arts, digital communication and media — and this family supplies the certificate and associate tier beneath it. ⚠⚠⚠ THE COURSES ARE HOMELESS TOO. Measured across the whole Florida course file, 181 distinct active course identifiers carry "web", "user interface", "user experience" or "human-computer" in their statewide titles, spread across 25 DIFFERENT PREFIXES — and not one reaches more than 13 carriers. The most widely carried is CTS0085 Web Security Specialist at 150 clock hours, at 13 technical colleges. ⚠ Compare HSC0003 at 55 carriers or PSY2012 at 33: this subject has no settled home in the catalogue at all. ⚠ Largest producers here: Valencia College 276, Miami Dade 191, Broward 70, Pensacola State 69, Seminole State 49, Santa Fe 36.
Careers this program leads to
Each one sets out the courses along the way, the licence or certification at the end,
and the sources behind it.
Neighbouring fields that share much of the same coursework, and often the same employers.
⚠ Read these before you commit to a major — which doors a neighbouring degree
keeps open is the part no catalog tells you, and it is far cheaper to change now than later.
34 institutions awarded a credential in this field in 2023,
at these levels: Associate, Certificate (1-2 years), Certificate (12 weeks-1 year).
A school appears here if it awards anything in the field, however limited
its offering — a technical college teaching only practical nursing has a nursing
program. Listed alphabetically, not ranked.

the most recent year published. ⚠ It records what was awarded, which is
strong evidence of what is offered, but a program launched since 2023
will not appear here. Check the institution’s own catalog before applying.
