Human Biology Laboratory is the one-credit laboratory that accompanies BSC1020 Human Biology — the non-majors, general-education biology course built around the human body. In the laboratory you do the work that the lecture can only describe: you use a microscope, run basic chemical tests, examine cells and tissues, work through genetics problems with real data, and study the organ systems by examining them directly.
