APK2100C Human Anatomy and Physiology I is the first half of the two-semester sequence that underlies every health profession — the structure of the human body and how it works, taught with an integrated laboratory.

The University of West Florida titles it Applied Human Anatomy and Physiology I with Laboratory, places it in the College of Health, Department of Movement Sciences and Health at 4 semester hours, and describes "the first of a two-semester sequence which provides a comprehensive study of human anatomy and physiology from a systematic approach," covering "the structure, function, and interrelationship of organ systems."

That matters where a programme requires anatomy and physiology as separate courses, or where a receiving institution reads the statewide title literally. Keep the syllabus; the topic list settles it immediately.

Credits, contact hours and the C suffix

4 credits, 80 contact hours. The C suffix denotes an integrated lecture-and-laboratory course, and UWF carries it at 4 semester hours.

The contact-hour figure follows this project's documented convention of roughly 20 hours per credit for a C course.
